Located within Is Molas Golf & Resort, the villas designed by Studio Fuksas are set within an experimental context, where architecture and landscape are shaped through a continuous dialogue with natural elements. Organic volumes and modelled surfaces define a strongly distinctive architectural language, in direct relation to the surrounding territory.

For each of the four residences, a bespoke Xera Monolit 90 island kitchen was developed, designed to integrate coherently within the architectural system. The doors and hood feature an engraved texture based on a design by Studio Fuksas, translating the architectural gesture into a material element. An intervention that reinforces visual continuity and gives the space a unified reading.
